With the setting tolerance value in [mm] for low polygon reduction, the tolerance value for the low polygon reduction can be adjusted. These tolerance adjustments are also available for medium and high polygon reduction. The degree of coarseness of the triangle mesh will get effected by the polygon reduction. The distance between the center of the triangles in the mesh will get readjusted to the specified tolerance value during the polygon reduction process. The default tolerance values for low, medium and high polygon reduction are 1, 2 and 5 mm respectively.

 

A suffix could be added to the name of the compression and difference result files while saving these files. The suffix extends the names of the new result files. If no suffix has been defined, then the result files maintain their original names. Then it can happen that existing compression and difference result files will get overwritten.
