Recommendation VR headset

 

The use of emaVR is recommended with the following Virtual Reality hardware:

•HTC VIVE Pro

•Pico Neo 3 Pro

•Pico Neo 3 Link

•Meta Quest 2

 

With other headsets, limitations in user-friendliness must be expected at this point in time. In principle, all VR headsets that use SteamVR can be used.

 

Software

 

•emaWD version 2.2.0.0 or higher with valid license

•Steam installed (Steam account is required)

•SteamVR installed

•For a wireless connection of Pico VR glasses, the software Pico Link is required; Meta VR glasses need the software Meta Link (Pico account and/or Meta account required)

 

VR computer

 

A powerful  computer or laptop is required that meets the "Recommended" or higher requirements of the ema hardware requirements (see website). Furthermore, the minimum requirements of the VR headset must be met.
