The WPR allows the (semi-)automatic creation of workplace requirement (abbreviated: WPR) profiles. These are used to describe the physical and psychological demands of the workplace on the employees to be deployed.

The workplace requirement profile comprises of a total of 57 physical and mental characteristics, which are classified according to duration (time share) or frequency (number).

The completed workplace requirement profile can be used for matching with employee ability profiles and is an aid for an appropriate deployment of e.g. older and performance-changed employees.
