Data Export and Import > HRC Quick Check

ema is equipped with an interface for importing data in XLSX format. This interface is used to integrate/link the Editor for Manual Work Activities into/to existing system landscapes. In the present version, data exchange is realised via a separate XLSX file which contains two worksheets:

The commands Import from HRC Quick Check (xlsx) ... und Create ema MRK Quick Check template (xlsx) ... are accessible via the sub-menu ema HRC Quick Check defined within the menu Im-/Export. With Create ema MRK Quick Check template (xlsx) ... an empty Wizard template file can be saved to a desired location. To start the import, the other command, Import from HRC Quick Check (xlsx) ..., must be executed. With this command the input Excel file could be selected and opened. In the event of errors during data import, the corresponding error messages are displayed in a separate error message dialog window as well as in the process area.
