After a successful import of the XLSX file, all described objects are automatically loaded to the global coordinate origin (x/y/z = 0/0/0), unless their positions are specified (Objects: worksheet 2, column I; container: Worksheet 3, column C). They contain their associated behavior. Each row of the table with the process information (First worksheet process) results in  a task group which is assigned to the respective resource (person, object, ...). Objects and tasks are generated according to the following logic:

Human tasks:

Worksheet

Filled column(s)

Generated task(s)

1. worksheet process

H + I + J + K + L; one line at a time

Pick object and Place object with following parameters: list of objects to place = H; hand usage = I; pick type (MTM-UAS) = J; reference object = K; place type (MTM-UAS) = L; automatic walking = activated

1. worksheet process

H + I + J + K + L; two rows

In task group for each object that need to be picked and placed, Pick object and Place object with following parameters are created consecutively: list of objects to place = H; hand usage = I; pick type (MTM-UAS) = J; reference object = K; place type (MTM-UAS) = L; automatic walking = activated

1. worksheet process

K + M + N

Handle tool with following parameters: tool target = K; tool to use = M; tool movement type = N; automatic walking = activated; return tool = activated

1. worksheet process

H + I + J + K + L + M + N

Pick object, Place object and Handle tool with following parameters: list of objects to place = H; hand usage = I; pick type (MTM-UAS) = J; reference object = K; place type (MTM-UAS) = L; tool target = K; tool to use = M; tool movement type = N; automatic walking = activated; return tool = activated

1. worksheet process

F specified, no columns filled in for product(s) and utilities

Wait with the following parameters: predefined target time[s] = F or task end to wait for = "ID_[ID from column A]", e. g. "ID_B01"

1. worksheet process

K

Walk with following parameters: target location = K

Labeling object:

Number of objects in containers

Generated labels (if the respective column is filled)

2. worksheet objects

A + N + O (white text)

2. worksheet objects

>1, same part numbers (column C)

C + N + O (white text)

2. worksheet objects

>1, different part numbers (column C)

A + N + O (white text) for each different object in the container; labels are listed below each other

4. worksheet container_library

iIn the first worksheet process the duration of the task can be defined in column F. If nothing is specified there, the ema time is calculated automatically. If a duration is defined, it is taken over.

iIn the second worksheet objects either column K or L can be specified. If both are defined, a red fill color is immediately generated as a hint. Column I is used if both the columns (I and J) remain specified.

The next step is to bring the objects into the desired positions. Then a simulation can be started and tested.

iObjects such as shelves or tables are automatically defined as a collision object as long as they are not declared "no" in column I (sheet objects).
