Navigation:  User interface > 3D settings > External mode

By pressing the button in the upper right corner of the 3D view, the upper part of ema (3D settings and 3D view) can be opened in a separate window (see figure External mode). This improves the clarity of the user interface. In doing so, it is particularly advantageous to use a second monitor. By pressing , the 3D view reconnects to the upper part of ema.
