In the evaluation area by clicking the button Calculate results the MTM-UAS time analysis results are shown in two distinct tables.
The table on the left side Tasks contains the information about the tasks (see figure Sub-tab time analysis). It has the following columns:
▪# - serial number
▪TID - task ID
▪Description - description name of the task
▪Time relevant - flag by which whether a task is time relevant or not is marked (changeable).
▪Additional information - tip related to the respective tasks (e. g. walk direction, type of placing, process time etc.)
▪Duration [s] - time of the task in seconds
▪Object handling - information regarding the object handling
iInformation about the possible abnormalities are checked algorithmically (e. g. very long operating path, a small object marked as bulky, picking handful of larger objects etc.). |
The table on the right side MTM-UAS analysis contains the information resulting from the MTM-UAS analysis. It has the following columns
▪# - serial number
▪Description - name of the MTM-UAS modules
▪Code - code of the MTM-UAS modules
▪Hand - L for left the hand, R for the right hand and L + R for both hands
▪TMU - time of each MTM-UAS modules
▪C x F - “count x frequency” of the MTM-UAS module
▪TMU infl. - influential part of the MTM-UAS module’s time
▪TMU uninfl. - uninfluential part of the MTM-UAS module’s time (predefined process time with code "PT")
▪Overall TMU - overall TMU by count x frequency x TMU
▪Duration [s] - computed overall TMU in seconds
▪ⵁ Duration [s] - average overall TMU in seconds (taking into account any added intervals and frequencies of task filters)
▪Cycle [%] - overall frequency of the time module (taking into account any added intervals and frequencies of task filters)
Rows of the two tables are related. When a task in the left side table is selected, the corresponding entries in the right side table will also get selected and vice-versa.
Figure 81: Sub-tab time analysis
iIf the times of the tasks and MTM-UAS analysis tables differ, activate the Simulation <-> time analysis synchronization option (see chapter Menu bar / Options / Settings / Simulation). This adjusts the simulation times to the MTM-UAS times. It requires more computing power. |
