The input to action forces is provided in the Tab Tasks. Here a distinction is made between finger forces and arm/full-body forces according to EAWS. For finger forces, it must be ensured that the grasping type for EAWS evaluation was correctly simulated. For that purpose, additional tasks (grasping) must be inserted. The diagram Force cases (see figure Force cases) provides a summarizing representation of the force values. In this diagram, the amount of the respective force in [N] is plotted along the vertical axis, whereas the horizontal axis represents the progress (in seconds) of the exertion of force.
