In the second evaluation, all postures the human model generated during the simulation are listed in a tabular form (see figure Ergonomic intermediate results). Furthermore, the parameters corresponding to each posture are displayed, which form the basis for the EAWS evaluation.

The column # contains a serial number of the respective data set.

The column duration[s] enlists the duration of the adopted body postures in the simulation.

The column Posture (real) contains one of the line numbers 1 to 16 of the EAWS procedure which refers to the corresponding posture in the result Posture scores described above.

The column Posture (evaluated) contains the equivalent of the posture from the column Posture relevant to EAWS evaluation. Postures taking less than 4 seconds are evaluated according to the EAWS procedure with the main posture of the cycle (Standing (and Walking) - line 1 and 2, Sitting - line 7 and 8 and Kneeling or Cowering - line 12).

The two columns Start time [s] and End time [s] show the start and end time of the respective posture in a thousandth of a second.

The column Body support signifies the availability of a suitable support corresponding to the definition according to EAWS which leads to point reduction if a bent posture is evaluated. Setting is made in the task parameters.

Besides the columns Twist [°], Bend [°] and Reach [%], this evaluation includes further columns for the Finger force [N] and the Body force [N]. In the result, evaluation points can be added to these columns according to the ergonomics evaluation in accordance with EAWS.

The columns Load (left) [kg], Load (right) [kg], Load (both hands) [kg] and Distance [m] represent the mass of the object linked to the human model and the objects’ distance covered in comparison to the previous posture. This is relevant to the evaluation of load handling according to module 3.
