iJob Rotation is for calculating a weighted average of the EAWS full body score across multiple workplaces according to EAWS 1.3.6. iIt is possible to create multiple rotation groups with different rotation durations within one view. iIndividual naming of the rotation groups is possible by clicking on the name of the rotation group and then entering it. |
A human model with a corresponding EAWS assessment of the workplace is added to the rotation group by entering the planned working time in minutes/shift. The human model is then switched “active” and the following information is displayed in the table (see figure Add human model):
•Information about the human model/workplace (percentile, age, performance factor, name)
•the EAWS total body assessment for the human model/workstation
•the entered working time in min/shift
•the percentage share (“distribution”) of the human model in the total working time of the rotation group
•the corresponding EAWS total body assessment of the rotation group
Figure 95: Add human model
Adding additional human models to the rotation group is done by entering the planned working time in minutes/shift. The workers now rotate across the different workstations according to the working hours entered.
A weighted average of the EAWS scores of all added human models within a rotation group is automatically calculated (see figure Add additional human model).
Figure 96: Add additional human model
An automatic warning appears with an explanation on the mouseover if the rotation group contains human models with different characteristics (e.g. gender, percentile, age, nationality) (see figure Warning).
Figure 97: Warning
Any number of human models present in the simulation can be added to a rotation group. The percentage distribution is automatically calculated based on the entered working time in minutes/shift. The rotation group's overall EAWS rating is also automatically calculated (see figure Overall EAWS rating).
Figure 98: Overall EAWS rating
Any number of rotation groups can be added, filled in with the intended working hours and calculated separately in order to compare the results. The entered working hours of a rotation group are shown cumulatively in the first column of the last row of the table (worktime). If the total working time of the rotation group exceeds 8 hours, a corresponding warning will be displayed (see figure Worktime).

Rotation groups can be deleted again.
The rotation groups can be named individually by clicking on the name.
